Returns & Refunds (B2B)

3D-LabEq sells exclusively to businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB). There is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after they have been placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped; to do so, please contact support@3d-labeq.de, stating your order number.

Returns: Returns are only possible by prior written agreement. Please contact us before sending anything back: support@3d-labeq.de. Items returned without prior agreement cannot be accepted. Custom-made items, opened consumables and prefilled/chemical products are excluded from voluntary returns.

Defects and transport damage: Please inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt and report defects, transport damage or wrong items without delay, at the latest within 7 days of receipt (Section 377 HGB) to support@3d-labeq.de, ideally with photos and your order number. Defects are handled in accordance with the statutory warranty provisions and our General Terms and Conditions.
