Digital Files (JSON / Protocol Downloads)
Some products include digital files such as JSON configurations or protocols. These files will be available for download after successful purchase and can be accessed through your order confirmation page or customer account.
Digital files are non-refundable and excluded from exchange once downloaded.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Damaged or Lost Packages
