Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours after it has been placed, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order has entered production or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom-Made Products
Some of our products are custom-made or manufactured on demand using 3D printing.
Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has started, as these items are specifically made for the customer.
Digital Products
Certain products may include digital downloads such as JSON files, protocols, or configuration files.
Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
