Bottom Plate 6 – for 50 mL Centrifuge Tubes

The Bottom Plate 6 ensures correct height and X/Y/Z positioning of 50 mL centrifuge tubes within Tube Rack L. It is a required accessory for all Tube Holders that accommodate 50 mL tubes, as all corresponding .json labware files are created with the Bottom Plate in place.
Without a Bottom Plate, the top and bottom height measurements of the tubes will not match the values stored in the .json labware file. This leads to calibration errors and may cause damage to your liquid handling robot.

⚠️ Important: Always use the Bottom Plate when working with 50 mL or 15 mL tube holders. Omitting it will result in incorrect calibration.
