Product Description

The Bottom Plate 10 ensures correct height and X/Y/Z positioning for both 15 mL and 50 mL centrifuge tubes within Tube Rack L. Required for all mixed-format Tube Holders that combine 50 mL and 15 mL positions, as all corresponding .json labware files are calibrated with the Bottom Plate in place.
Without a Bottom Plate, the top and bottom height measurements of the tubes will not match the values stored in the .json labware file. This leads to calibration errors and may cause damage to your liquid handling robot.

⚠️ Important: Always use the Bottom Plate when working with 50 mL or 15 mL tube holders. Omitting it will result in incorrect calibration
